District 101: Includes three elementary schools: Field Park, Forest Hills, and Laidlaw, and one junior high school, McClure. These schools are within the Village and serve Village residents.
District 106: LaGrange Highlands, is a combined elementary and junior high campus, LaGrange Highlands School, lies immediately adjacent to the community and serves some of the Village residents.
District 204: Lyons Township High School District, has two campuses. South Campus is located in the Village and serves the freshman and sophomore classes. North Campus serves the juniors and seniors and is located in nearby LaGrange.

The Theater of Western Springs is a place where community residents of all ages come together for the art of live theater. It was founded in 1929 by Mary Cattell, a town resident, and created an immediate reputation for quality theater in the Chicago suburbs. The Children’s Theater was founded in 1946 and trained over 400 students in all aspects of theater. The theater produces adult and student productions.
